profiq becomes an ISTQB Accredited Training Provider

We are happy to announce that profiq just became an ISTQB accredited training provider for the ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level for English language. We are now one of the two official training providers in Czech republic and Slovakia.

With the granted accreditation we are ready to provide training that leads to the

ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level

certificate - a professional certification that is well known and accepted all around the world.

The training is based on the ISTQB accredited training materials and ISTQB syllabus. This course prepares participants for the multiple choice examination to obtain the certificate. The course has six main parts:

  1. Fundamentals of testing
  2. Testing throughout the life cycle
  3. Static test techniques
  4. Test design techniques
  5. Test management
  6. Test tools.

The ISTQB certification is often a job requirement for test professionals in western Europe. We believe that the Czech Republic will follow that direction too. Foundation Level is an entry point for the certification scheme followed by ISTQB Advanced and Expert Level certifications. It’s aimed at anyone involved in software testing in whole range of testing positions as well as software developers. It is also appropriate for anyone wanting a basic understanding of software testing: project, quality or software development managers, business analysts, ICT directors and management consultants.

In case you are an individual or a company from Czech or Slovak region and interested in getting yourself or your stuff trained for Software Testing foundations, feel free to contact us at
